As a former competitive gymnast, I have always been infatuated with challenging movements.  When I started a disciplined and dedicated yoga practice,  I realized that it could be a tool to not only continue my love for movement but to also shape and sculpt my mind. I cultivate an invigorating Vinyasa flow by integrating balance, powerful postures, and calming the mind. I aim to create an experience where physical and emotional sensations are heightened for each individual, allowing them to move into deeper self-understanding, inner peace, and clarity. I seek to demonstrate that the practice is a process of exploration and playfulness that can also be therapeutic. Sometimes the best way to find comfort in our own skin and heal our wounds is to move our bodies, breathe in harmony with our movement, and be in silence. I will forever be a student of yoga, and I am devoted to guiding the practice and theory of yoga to all willing bodies in all stages of life.
